The pleasant educational experience begins with a fast and easy admission process. At the New Campus Business School, we provide international students with a clear and efficient system that ensures applying is quick, simple, and hassle-free. Our committed admissions team is always on hand to support you at every stage. Should you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, you can easily reach out to us by email or phone – we’re here to help whenever you need.
Step 1. Submit Your Documents
To begin the application process, the applicants must send the following documents to us:
- a completed Application Form;
- a scanned copy of your International Passport or National ID card;
- a copy of your High School Certificate along with the academic transcript;
- a copy of your Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (for Master’s degree applicants).
Once our admissions team reviews your documents, you will receive an official Admission Confirmation Letter within three (3) working days.
Step 2. Pay the First-Year Tuition Fee
The next step in the application process, and a key requirement to initiate your visa procedure, is to pay the tuition fee for the first academic year. After receiving your Admission Confirmation Letter, the applicants will be issued a customized invoice outlining the tuition fee details. Payment can be made via bank transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance confirming your enrollment, enabling you to proceed with your visa application.
Step 3. Apply for a Visa
For EU Citizens
Students from European Union countries do not need a visa to study in Malta.
For Non-EU Citizens
If you are a non-EU student planning to study in Malta, you are required to apply for a Student Visa through the nearest Maltese embassy or consulate. Please be aware that securing an appointment for visa submission should be done immediately after your tuition fee payment is completed.
Please note that the entire visa application process for Malta can be completed online. For specific guidelines and to initiate your application, consult the Maltese embassy or consulate in your country of residence.
Required Documents for the Maltese Student Visa Application:
- a filled Malta Visa Application Form;
- two recent passport-sized photographs;
- a valid International Passport;
- travel health insurance covering your stay;
- proof of accommodation (e.g., official documentation from the university confirming you have suitable housing in Malta for your study period);
- evidence of financial means to support yourself during your stay and to cover return travel expenses;
- confirmation of tuition fee payment for the first academic year;
- the original invitation letter from the New Campus Business School;
- a receipt showing payment of the visa application fee.
Step 4. Arrive for Your Studies
Upon your arrival in Malta, the New Campus Business School will officially notify the Identity Malta Agency through a formal letter of arrival. For this reason, it is essential that you inform the university of your travel itinerary at least five days before your planned arrival date. At the border, the immigration officer will confirm that the university’s designated representative, whose name will be included in your arrival letter, is present to meet you. You will also be asked to provide information about the university, your faculty, and the person welcoming you at the airport.
Important! Failing to inform the university in advance about your arrival in Malta can result in refusal of entry and deportation back to your home country. Be sure to coordinate with us to avoid any issues during your arrival.
